Like it’s namesake, this baby is big at 6″x58. But unlike it’s namesake, this thing isn’t big on power. One of the most mild cigars in the Tradesmen lineup, it is often referred to as our “gentle giant.” If you like a big cigar but don’t want to worry if you are still legal to drive afterwards, this is your guy. Full-leaf Criollo 98 filler, one of the more respected classic tobacco strains, wrapped around a Piloto Habano binder — small-crop Dominican tobacco with a little more bite than most, hints of cinnamon and spice underneath. The Connecticut Shade wrapper smooths all of that out: mild, easy on the draw, a clean contrast to the stronger filler and binder underneath it.

The 380 also comes with a Habano wrapper — same blend, different leaf, if you want more punch.

Criollo 98 filler, bound with Piloto Habano — small-crop Dominican tobacco, a little more bite than most, cinnamon and pepper underneath. The Ecuadorian Habano wrapper doesn’t try to smooth that out — thick, oily, a little veiny, and it brings its own sweetness and a touch of pepper to the front.
